Most construction plans look great on paper and fall apart in the field. Mine are drawn by someone who has spent 35+ years building homes — and knows exactly where the problems happen before they do.
The Problem
Most plans need to be fixed in the field. Ours don't.
Architects and draftsmen design homes. Very few of them have ever built one. The result: plans that are technically complete but practically incomplete — missing the details a contractor actually needs, with conflicts that only show up mid-construction when changes cost real money.
I’ve been on the other side of those plans for 35+ years. Currently managing 20 custom homes as a project manager, I see it every week.
